Having a happy customer is very important to us, so as a one time exception we will reship your order at our expense.  We will also annotate your account to require a signature on delivery going forward, to make sure your future packages from us are securely handed off to someone.

We are sorry that you experienced “porch piracy.”  It is a serious problem. In a strictly legal sense, our liability as the seller ends when we hand the package off to the delivery company. It is technically up to the buyer to file a claim if the package has been stolen after being delivered. Payouts are spotty and depend on the circumstances of each case, but we are of course always happy to help with that.
