During the pandemic we added the order online/pick up in store option to help navigate that challenging time. We learned that the option caused a lot of confusion for some customers who would for different reasons, select it in error. As times have changed, we found that there were more customers using the option in error than using it for the purpose intended, so we have chosen to end the option for the time being.
