After you've made sure your purchase is eligible in our Shipping and Returns Policies, you can bring the item to either Full Kit Gear Chicago or Full Kit Gear Provincetown for exchange or merchandise credit. While we do not require you to use the online Returns Center for in-store returns, you may do so if you're uncertain whether an item is returnable and we'll provide a confirmation via return email.
If you had been approved to return an item by mail, but later decide to make the return in-store, you do not need to submit a new request. Once your return has been approved, even if that approval was for a return by mail, you may make the return in person, if you prefer.
