The basic rules governing returns of merchandise purchased at FullKit.com are as follows:
If something is defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll exchange it or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.
With the above exception, there are certain items that cannot be returned, for a number of different reasons.
If an item can be returned, it must be within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the packing list or receipt, in its original packaging with its tags on, and in unused, unworn, and saleable condition.
