The traditional plastic cards that were sold in-store starting in June 2021 will have a barcode with a 13-digit number that starts with 2350, in the format 2 350XXX XXXXXX. These cards are regularly synced with our online system and can also be entered in the "FullKit.com Gift Card" box on the right side of the screen during the checkout process. If your code isn't accepted or you have any difficulties, you can call us at (773) 657-8000 to complete your order.
Gift cards purchased in-store prior to June 2021, which had a barcode on a paper card, or on our old website will have an alphanumeric code starting with a "G" in the format G-XXXX-XXX. At this time, we cannot automatically process these online, but you can still use them for your online purchase. During the checkout process, when you reach the "Payment method" screen, select the Store Gift Card/Phone Order method. At the conclusion of your transaction, you'll need to call us at (773) 657-8000 to complete your order.
